Print Sales
Sales Executive * Business Development Manager
Basic Salary Range - £20-25k
Commission Uncapped – (1st Year OTE £40k++)

Our client is a pure market leader with an envied reputation in the Print industry for excellence in its service and quality. The company’s product portfolio is diverse and exciting as is their outlook to the training and development of their sales professionals. The company now has an opportunity for a Sales Executive * Business Development Manager to cover various territories and with the company’s plans and goals over the next 12 months this is a compelling opportunity for a career-hunter.
Essentially the opportunity on offer is to strengthen the company’s market share throughout the UK. This means that the successful applicant will be expected to not only retain the key accounts but also you would need to demonstrate the necessary sales and relationship building skills to develop and expand these accounts.
It will also be a part of your business goals over the next 12 months in this role to increase the market share through the successful generation and closing of new business.
Candidates will also be expected to be involved in the business’s ongoing training and development of the junior sales team as a part of your longer term progression into a sales management or key accounts opportunity.
As a guide line the basic salary will be around the £20-25k mark with an OTE which is uncapped and should see you achieve in the region of £45k in year one. All the usual car and benefits of working for a market leader are included in the package.
